This process was very unknown for my husband and I, but with the help of our Agent Shonda Taylor (one of the best), Brian, and his Team it made it that much easier. My questions where answered when I asked them and in a timely manner. I am a worry wort lol my mind was at ease working with the team. We closed right at the final moment and I wouldn't trade the experience. Thank you Brian for all you have done and a special thanks to Marlena she was so awesome her help and just her pleasant attitude helped us get through some very stressful moments.

I would have like more communication. From the beginning I thought I explain finally what I wanted and I must have not been clear enough. My realtor did a great job helping find houses i like. I spent more than I wanted for closing and overall I don't think we were all on the same page.
