The support we received and the availability of our loan originator in walking us through the process was beyond compare. Kyle Patin was amazing. He explained everything so well and every time we called he was there! He did such a great job of getting all the documents ready that by the time our loan went to underwriting, we got our final approval the same day. There aren’t enough good things to say about him. And I cannot recommend him more highly.

Origination team was great. Once we were passed to underwriting it didnt seem like there was much communication between representatives. Last minute requests are very frustrating when the information has already been provided.
