I really appreciate how patient Angela was as we worked through this process. I have no idea if our mortgage was more or less complicated than the norm (from our perspective everything felt like a BIG deal). Angela took all of our questions and concerns in stride and worked through everything with us until we felt good about things. The mortgage loan that we came out of this with is more than we could have ever hoped for, in large part from the problem solving spirit that Angela brough to the table.

We have had Angela as our loan officer for 7 years, thru 3 home purchases. We will NOT deal with anyone else. She is truly awesome, at what she does. She has the knowledge to make things happen, and make the process run smoothly. If there is a hick up during the process, she is there to iron it out. Angela goes above and beyond for you, ALL the time. She is a credit to the Tidewater company. She single-handedly does the work of at least 10 people.

There is too much to share about the assistance that Angela provided for our purchase, but I’ll try to share some of it with you to help understand the importance of her role in our move from out of state.
Well over a year ago Angela and Tidewater were recommended as a secondary choice of a lender to use for pre-approval a purchase. That said, I spoke and corresponded with Angela the very day I reached out and after our second conversation we were able to better understand and get rolling on preparing for our long distance purchase.
