Brad was very easy to get a hold of and answered any and every question I had. He was very open and willing to help, making me feel like if I had a question I could trust that he would answer it and explain it ensuring I completely understood it. He was very flexible when I was on shift work working nights he left me messages and voicemails and responded first thing in the morning and quickly in case I had any follow up questions before I needed to sleep. Overall a very pleasant experience.
