For my wife and I, this was our first homebuying experience. We had heard horror stories from friends about how difficult the process is, but Sherry and her team put the lie to all of those stories. Overall, I got the service I needed but the communication with the day-to-day support staff was strained at times. Much of it had to do with my lack of knowledge. I often desired better descriptions and explanations of things within the process in order to make an informed decision and my designated contact struggled to explain.

She was amazing! Great communication. Friendly and welcoming. Professional but still had personality. She didn’t shy away from helping me at all. Any questions I had, she was always there to answer.
