This was my first time buying a house and it was definitely a difficult time to say the least especially with COVID-19 happening. Brad was great. However, the Underwriter’s waited until the very last minute in requesting additional items needed- within a day of us closing. It was very stressful, and impacted my job responsibilities.
If I did not check my email, I would not have known additional info was required- a phone call should have been made. ( this happened twice)
