There is too much to share about the assistance that Angela provided for our purchase, but I’ll try to share some of it with you to help understand the importance of her role in our move from out of state.
Well over a year ago Angela and Tidewater were recommended as a secondary choice of a lender to use for pre-approval a purchase. That said, I spoke and corresponded with Angela the very day I reached out and after our second conversation we were able to better understand and get rolling on preparing for our long distance purchase. I know Angela to be professional, courteous and always available when needed during the process of our purchase.
In the purchase of our home here in Virginia and the sale and move from Ohio, we looked for and found the best goods and services to help us on our way. In that process we found and worked with many people to help accomplish our goal. Angela IS on top of my list of people who know and do exceptional work in her area of expertise.

Angela understood my financial needs and was able to bring my closing costs down; closer to the original estimate. The four start was because I have to pay for the mortgage insurance. But over all it was a great experience and I happy with my new home. Thank you ! ♥️
