We were in the middle of closing one house in one state and purchasing one in another state. Brad was very attentive to all of my questions and concerns regarding the purchase of the new property. He was available whenever I called or emailed him. Since we were in the middle of two transactions, I needed to know what progress was being made on each deal and Brad was always there to help. I would highly recommend to any of our friends or family who decide to purchase a property here.

Brad was very easy to get a hold of and answered any and every question I had. He was very open and willing to help, making me feel like if I had a question I could trust that he would answer it and explain it ensuring I completely understood it. He was very flexible when I was on shift work working nights he left me messages and voicemails and responded first thing in the morning and quickly in case I had any follow up questions before I needed to sleep. Overall a very pleasant experience.
